Cancelling your subscription
There are two types of subscriptions:
- Paid
- Trial
Only the customer administrator user can change or cancel a subscription.
When you cancel a subscription, it does not delete your data or eftsure account and login. Instead, your data is archived and your organisation can be reactivated.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, because you don't want any monthly subscription charges:
- Make sure that you're the customer administrator for the organisation.
- Check your account is not overdue and your access to your organisation hasn't been suspended.
- Be aware of the one month notice period for cancellations. You'll still have access to eftsure and we will continue to bill you during this period.
- Cancelling your subscription will revoke all user access to the eftsure portal except for the customer administrator user.
- You can re-activate your account at any point in time by logging onto the eftsure portal.
To cancel your subscription plan:
1. Select "Your Company Name > Company Setup > Subscription Information > Cancel Subscription"
2. The final billing date will be displayed. Provide a reason for why you would like to cancel your subscription and type in CANCEL to proceed with cancellation.
Your next subscription invoice
The notice period end date will likely differ from your monthly billing date. For example, if you receive your subscription invoice on the 21st of each month and you cancel your subscription on 16 July, your final invoice from eftsure will be for the period 21 July to 15 August.
If you have other subscriptions on the same billing account, we'll include the final charges for the cancelled subscription on your next subscription invoice. We'll continue to bill your other subscriptions on the same cycle.
Re-activate Account
A customer administrator user can re-activate the organisation account at any point in time. All existing users and organisation data will become available after re-activating an account.
To re-activate your subscription plan:
1. Select "Your Company Name > Company Setup > Subscription Information > Re-activate Account"
2. Enter your company's total annual expenditure, including CAPEX, for a live quote and click "Get Quote"
3. The quoted fee, as well the offer details will be display. Tick the checkbox once you have read the terms of service, privacy statement and offer details and click re-activate subscription to continue.

4. Payment Method
eftsure makes use of a debit order payment processing solution to collect quoted service fees. In order to activate this monthly debit order, a Monthly Debit Order Mandate form needs to be completed by a company representative with the authority to electronically sign approval on behalf of the company.
Confirm existing details displayed in the Monthly Debit Order Mandate form fields are still correct and select submit.
(Note: The subscription will remain as awaiting eftsure representative approval until the submitted details have been reviewed and approved. The status of the subscription is recorded under subscription type found in the subscription information tab)
