Eftsure’s visual thumb alerts allows you to see the payee status at a glance.

		Payee verified with incorrect details. This requires further review.
		Payee not yet verified / new payee.
		Payee verified with correct details.
		Self-Certify. (Refer to guide on self-certification)
		Inactive Payee.

Verification Description	Action to Take
Account details do not belong to this company registration number / ID number	Update payee details and trigger a new verification or; Send payee an update information change request to collect new information and trigger a new verification
Automatic system verification not available for certain banks	Invite payee to complete verification process via the eftsure system
Bank account does not exist	Update payee details and trigger a new verification or; Send payee an update information change request to collect new information and trigger a new verification
Bank account number or branch code is not valid	Update payee details and trigger a new verification or; Send payee an update information change request to collect new information and trigger a new verification
Company registration number changed to xxxx/2xxx/07	Update payee details and trigger a new verification
Verified Name is XXX PTY LTD, Branch Code and Account Number are correct	Self-Certify if the trading name or alias matches the registered name
Invalid company registration number	Update payee details and trigger a new verification or; Send payee an update information change request to collect new information and trigger a new verification
