If a payee's details have changed, use the to send the payee a change request.
1. Select the "Payees" option from the "Customer Options" ribbon.
2. Select option on the right of the associated payee record.
3. Fill in the details of the payee whom the invite change request onboarding form is to be sent to for completion.
4. Review and update the "Sections to Update" on the form for the payee to complete.
Note: Removing sections from the "Sections to Update" will customise the information and questions asked in the change request onboarding form that the payee will need to complete and update.
5. Fill in the message to appear on the body of the invite email and select "continue" to preview the email to be sent to the payee.
6. Once you have reviewed the preview email, select "Invite Payee" to send the update request email to the payee.
