Payee File Upload

An entity's ERP vendor master file (VMF) and online banking beneficiary address book holds information relating to payees. Export this data in CSV format and import it into the eftsure portal to perform a verification health check. This check is done to help ensure this existing data is free from risk and error.

Options for File to Upload:

  1. Upload populated CSV template
  2. Valid entity type and identifier type pairings

 

Upload populated CSV template

1. Click Payee File Upload header option

 2. Click "Select payee file" button

3. Search local computer hard drive for document to upload, select the document and click open

4. The name of the file will appear below the "select payee file" button. Click the "Upload payee file" button to securely upload the file

5. The file will appear in the in  a section located at the bottom called "Uploaded Payee Files".

** Should no payee identifier or vat number be included, eftsure will attempt to perform a verification using the name. This only has a 20-30% chance of matching to the correct record and it is therefore recommended to provide a identifier to increase the chance of a successful match for verification. It is suggested to ensure the exact name recorded a the bank is used in the bank account holder name column to assist with this name search.

Refer to list below to identify numbers to assign for the type of entity profile and the associated identifier to be used when submitting for verification for each record.

(Note: The "Entity Type" and "Identifier Type" columns are optional and should no number be included in the column the system will attempt to identify the associated pairing to be used automatically)
